All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatch to the customers. Should you receive an items that is nit in perfect condition please contact us immediately at [email protected].


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED:

Should you receive an damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 2-5 days from the date received. Authorization by email is required prior to returning and item(s).

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

*Please note items that do not comply with the policy will not be refused and shipped back to you.

You will be responsible for covering shipping cost to return item(s) and shipping charges must be prepaid. We recommend shipping using USPS with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note the original shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Bodied by Voluptuous does not return shipping labels. Returns made after 7 days are subject to being rejected and returned.
